When concluding a transaction, the Customer is obliged to provide his name and contact phone number. Additionally, in the case of a telephone reservation of purchase / sale prices, the agreed price may be maintained for no longer than 1 hour.
Inquiry about the exchange rate does not constitute the basis for the right confirmation of the transaction.
The fixed amount and currency cannot be changed during the negotiation.
Documents recording transactions are issued for companies.
Information on exchange rates obtained by telephone may change at short intervals and therefore may differ from that obtained locally.
